The staff was well-trained and very very helpful and the place was immaculately clean. Stayed in well stocked room with 2 king beds. Lots of great food, I really enjoyed it. The stay for 3 nights certainly was great value.

Its location was unbeatable, really close to airport, downtown and casino.

The location was good - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to Spokane International airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away. Units with queen beds.

Had a good stay for 3 nights, everything was fine. The rooms were brand-new, air-conditioned. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was fairly clean as expected. The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from Indian Canyon Golf Course. What's more, it was so close to downtown, the car rental, and the airport.

The breakfast provided at Quality Inn was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms at Quality Inn. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff at Quality Inn were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist me with any questions or concerns. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I had a pleasant experience at Quality Inn. The location was convenient and I felt safe during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It's impeccably clean, fancy hotel and the staff is well-trained. Think it's great value for Spokane. This property has nice and unbeatable location to various places. Great to have an in-house restaurant on the premises.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered a shuttle service, making it easy to catch my flight. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable and offered a good selection of options to start the day.

The overall condition of the hotel was subpar. The rooms were worn out and in need of refurbishment.

They lost our booking but found a room for us.That was our first mistake. The so called hotel was dirty,trash left around doors and elevators.A group having a function decided to keep going all night banging on doors ,yelling and screaming.We were kept awake until 4 am. We had to ask for a fridge and microwave and when they were delivered, they were too filthy to use. Continental breakfast didn't exist,even though it was in the advertised rate. We complained and requested a refund for all these problems,but left empty handed as all the management were unavailable. All we can do is say to Bookings .com is delist this hotel from your web site as it should be condemned by the Spokane health authorities.

Excellent service and magnificent and perfect location, great for our needs. Air conditioned, beautifully maintained room with the heater, 2 king beds.

The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the hot weather. The location was also great, close to stores and restaurants, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
